About Our Delivery
PLEASE NOTE: Due to Royal Mail Strikes in December, we are only offering Express Delivery and the delivery times may not be as stated below.
Our parcels are sent by Royal Mail
Place your order before 2.30pm Monday to Friday for it to be despatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2.30pm may not be despatched until the following day.
Orders placed after 2.30 on Friday and on the weekend will be despatched on Monday.
Standard Delivery – £3.95 – not available in December
Arrives within 3-5 working days from ordering to arrive at its destination.
Express Delivery – £5.95
Arrives within 1-3 working days from ordering to arrive at its destination.
Next Working Day Delivery £9.95 -not available during Royal Mail Strikes – sorry.
If you need your order delivered for the next day then choose this option and we will send your cuddly by Royal Mail Special Delivery which should arrive by 1pm the next day – as long as you place your order by 2.30pm.
If you have just missed this deadline please phone us on 01548 831070 to see if we can still catch the postman for you!
Please note this is only on weekdays so if you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday it will be despatched from us on the next week day which is Monday and delivered the next day (Tuesday). Also, all Special Deliveries require a signature so please don’t ask for it to be left in a safe place.
Please note when delivering a cuddly to patients in Hospitals, our courier can only deliver to the central delivery point or reception. The package will get signed for by the reception yet often they will not deliver within the hospital to the patient in the correct ward. After you receive the notification of delivery please contact the hospital to instruct them to deliver to the recipient in the correct ward. Alternatively please advise the recipient or visiting family that there is a parcel for collection at reception.
- To help with onward delivery to the patient please remember to write the ward details on the delivery address.
- To try and overcome this problem, we will label the package: “Get well Soon Gift item! Please deliver the package to the patient in the ward as highlighted”
Please note that we are unable to refund such ‘Hospital Orders’ if the package has been seen to have been safely delivered to the hospital address specified on your order. Onward delivery within the hospital is the responsibility of the customer, although Send a cuddly will do all we can to help.
At the moment we do not deliver overseas except for Ireland. Apologies for this but we are a small company and do not have the capacity for this.
